Admissions Commitment

The Providence Christian Academy (PCA) admissions process does not discriminate on the basis race, color, national and ethnic origin. All qualified students will receive fair consideration for admissions to PCA. Each and every student is accorded all the rights, privileges, and equal access to programs and activities accorded or made available to students of the school. The PCA non-discrimination policy extends to the administering of its educational policies, admission policies, athletic and other school-administered programs.

Admissions Process

We are currently accepting applications for Grades Kindergarten through 12th.  K3 and K4 are full.  However, you may submit an application to be put on our waiting list.

 

 

 

The Providence Christian Academy admissions process is a two-step process:

Admission to PCA is based upon evidence of academic ability, a favorable interview, and available space. The parent’s acceptance of school guidelines is a requirement for admission. The Providence Christian Academy Headmaster is the final authority for admissions decisions.

Submit Forms
The admissions forms are located on the student forms page, are completed and submitted to the school by the parent along with the non-refundable registration fee.

Admissions Timeline

PCA accepts enrollment all through the year based on availability of space.  For the best experience when enrolling over the summer for the upcoming school year, it’s best to submit your application as early as possible.  This ensures proper staffing and school materials before the beginning of the school year.
