Admissions Commitment

Providence Christian Academy (PCA) does not discriminate on the basis race, color, national and ethnic origin. All qualified students will receive fair consideration for admissions to PCA. Each and every student is accorded all the rights, privileges, and equal access to programs and activities accorded or made available to students of the school. The PCA non-discrimination policy extends to administration of its educational policies, admission policies, athletic and other school-administered programs.

Admissions Process

The Providence Christian Academy admissions process is a two-step process:

1. An interview with the Headmaster. Admission to PCA is based upon evidence of academic ability, a favorable interview, and available space. Because students have differing abilities and maturation rates, Providence Christian Academy accepts the obligation to work with a child and family to determine proper placement of the child. The parent’s acceptance of school guidelines is a requirement for admission. The Providence Christian Academy Headmaster is the final authority for admissions decisions.
2. Submit Admissions Forms. The admissions forms listed below are completed and submitted to the school by the parent along with the non-refundable registration fee.
