Before Care is available at 7:00 a.m and After Care is available until 6:00 p.m.
- There is a $25.00 non-refundable Enrollment fee for each child that is not a current student at PCA.
- These fees must be paid at the time the application is received.

Summer campers celebrate the end of the summer with a cake of the world!
Summer Camp fees cover the hours of 8a.m. to 5p.m. Extended care is available before and after for parents who need extended hours for an additional charge of $6.00/hr. There is a late fee of $1.00 per minute after 6:00 p.m. Parents will be billed for the late fees and before/after care charges at the end of each month. Summer camp fees are due Monday morning each week. Partial weeks and half days are also available and are to be paid for in advance.
PCA does not require contracts or long term commitments for the entire summer. You are always welcome to pay only for the days and weeks you need. However, to assist us in scheduling field trips, activities, and staff, it is vital that each family pays on Monday of each week for the entire week. We also request that you complete the “Summer Calendar” form to allow us to plan for sufficient staffing.
Every Tuesday is Swim Day at the Fauquier Pool. This is an outdoor pool so please be sure to bring plenty of suntan lotion! Every Thursday is Field Trip day. Some Friday’s Dr. Shin joins us for Science Day, other Friday’s are cooking and eating from whatever Country we are visiting that week. This year’s theme is journey around the world. You will learn about and virtually visit that country. Mondays and Wednesdays are filled with fun and crarts!

Monday - Pizza Day
Tuesday – Pack a Lunch day (We go to the pool on this day)
Wednesday – Hot Dog Day
Thursday – Pack a Lunch Day (We go on Field Trips this day)
Friday – Chick-fil-a Day
When purchasing hot lunches the cost is $3.25. We also have a school store that campers may purchase small lunch items, snacks and drinks.
