Public Speaking is instrumental of our young people to develop and learn. A lot of students are fearful of public speaking. PCA takes a year to reduce anxiety and gives opportunities to grow each student's natural abilities. Some topics:

MS/HS Typing
8th grade - 12th Grade
Touch typing is an invaluable asset for any young person. PCA's computer lab not only allows our students to learn this skill but also we use our Chromebooks for VR learning and Escape Room adventures and Music technology.

MS Financial Literacy
6th - 7th Grade
PCA wants to prepare our student's in all aspects of real life and learning about money is just important. We teach about taxes, bills, credit cards, wealth management, budgeting, etc.
MS Life Skills
6th grade - 7th grade
This class takes the opportunity to teach our student many life lessons that will prove helpful for years to come. Some of our lessons include:
Gardening
Sewing (button, hem pants)
Canning (green beans, pickled carrots, saurkraut)
Chopping wood
Car maintenance (changing tire and oil)
First Aid
Music
ES/MS/HS
All grades enjoy learning about music at PCA. A Christmas concert is performed by elementary school while the older grade learn more high tech skills in Digital Music Technology and podcasting.
Newsletter & Yearbook
8th - 12th Grade
Some students already know how to type and PCA challenges them with producing a monthly newsletter called "The Daily Roar" and create the Yearbook.
MS/HS Physical Education
Once students start 6th grade they move out of recess and into organized games. Our school is blessed being situated near baseball fields, soccer fields, walking trails, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and ponds. PCA has our own gym with basketball and volleyball courts. PCA teaches a variety of sports including:
